This policy explains how Beez Санхүү (“the App,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use our Android app or the finance.beez.mn website.
Information we collect
- Account information: the email/phone number and password you use to register and log in.
- Financial data you enter or import: income, expenses, invoices, and other business or personal financial records you add manually or import via CSV/Excel file.
- Business profile information: business name and logo image, if you upload one.
- Payment and subscription status: which package you’re on and its renewal date. We do not collect or store your card or bank details — payments are processed directly by our payment partner, byl.mn (including QPay), and are subject to their own privacy policy.
- Standard technical data: login session cookies (to keep you signed in) and basic device/log information generated automatically by our servers.
How we use this information
We use it solely to provide the App’s core functionality: displaying your financial dashboard and reports, processing package upgrades through byl.mn, and sending you account-related notifications (such as renewal reminders) by email.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data or share it for advertising. The only third party we share data with is byl.mn/QPay, and only the minimum needed to process a payment. We may disclose information if required by law.
Data storage and security
Your data is stored on our servers and protected with industry-standard measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) between the App and our servers. The Android app also blocks screenshots and hides app content in the recent-apps view to protect your financial data on-device.
Data retention and your rights
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request a copy of your data or request that we delete your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at [contact email].
Children’s privacy
The App is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
