To request deletion of your Beez Санхүү account and associated data, email us at hello@beez.mn from the email address linked to your account, with the subject line “Account Deletion Request.”
Once verified, we will delete your account, including your login credentials, business profile, and all financial records you’ve entered — typically within 2 business days. Payment records already processed through byl.mn are retained by byl.mn per their own policy and are not something we control. We may retain minimal transaction logs where required by Mongolian financial recordkeeping law, even after account deletion.
